Swim Ganyu

In preparation for Colossalcon, I set out to create a swimsuit version of Ganyu that captured the essence of her character and signature outfit. To achieve this, I meticulously cut and dyed a swimsuit coverup skirt to resemble her actual skirt, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

The centerpiece of the cosplay was the incorporation of Ganyu's signature bodysuit, which was layered over a swimsuit. This clever combination allowed me to preserve the character's distinct design elements while embracing the summery theme. Additionally, I 3D-printed Ganyu's horns and the Amos bow as props, adding further authenticity to the ensemble.

Styling the wig from scratch and 3D-printing accessories showcased my dedication to bringing Ganyu's character to life with precision and care. Although this swimsuit version was a departure from her full costume, it allowed me to participate in the lively and spirited atmosphere of Colossalcon, celebrating the joy of cosplay and the colorful world of Genshin Impact.
